Our model homes take a total of four months to complete from the slab. However, some homes could be available for immediate occupancy depending on our current inventory of work in progress.

YES, upon signing your contract an appointment will be scheduled for you to visit our Design Center to select your interior and exterior finishes unless you purchase a home that is currently under construction or already completed.
